1. Plot ratio: The plot ratio of land for industry purpose is 0.6,while the plot ratio of land for public facilities is 1.0. The plot ratio of land used by municipal facilities and square is 0.2~0.3. The plot ratio is the upper limit.
2. Ratio of green area: The ratio of green area of land for industry purpose should not be below 40%. The land for public facilities and municipal facilities should be used with the purpose of beautification and greening protection, and its ratio of green area should not be below 30%.
3. Site coverage: The site coverage of land for industry purpose should not be below 30% for meeting the requirement of greening, traffic and fire fighting in the area. The site coverage of land for public facilities should be below 40%, thereby, there will be enough land set aside for square and parking lots.
4. Bounding wall: Art iron fence wall should be taken as boundary for the corporations to enter the area. The top elevation of new wall is 50cm higher than that of adjacent curbstone (8/10×30×49.5). The art fence is 150cm high and black. The gates of factories should be designed to show novelty and beauty. In addition, the designation should be approved by administration committee of the industrial district.
5. Construction: (1) The height of industry construction should be below 20m, and the workshop should be 3 or 4 layer building.
(2) The red should be taken as dominate hue for the construction of the corporations to enter the area, and tile should be adopted as dominate decoration or new decorative material should be adopted for external wall.
6. Setback restriction of construction: Generally, when the construction is along road, it should setback at least 10m from red line. Furthermore, some giant construction or the construction with heavy pedestrian and vehicle flow and the building of the main entrance of corporations should setback at least 20m from red line (the red line of the main road is 30m, while that of branch main road is 28m).
7. The average height of the land in the area should be 10cm than that of adjacent road.
8. The plus and minus zero of the main building should be higher than the average ground elevation no more than 45cm in the area.
