70 Mu lands had been developed in building standard workshops in the Base. There are ten workshops with 18,650 square meters. Two new workshops with 3,800 square meters will be built in the year. There are twelve enterprises in the Base, including six affiliate company of Korean Hyundai motor Co., a Japanese company, a Hong Kong investment Co. Total investment is more than 50 million Yuan. The average investment of each project is 5 million Yuan. Annual gross output of the Base reaches 80 million Yuan. Tax is 5 million. The Base has provided 800 jobs and establishes a fine foundation of future development.
